If you would like to apply a job, it is recommended to send your cv via email unless the company request to send directly or via facsimile. Nowadays, Recruitment Department usually prefer to accept resumes via email instead of printed ones. This is simply because it will save their time in selecting hundreds even thousand of resumes. It is recommended to write the position code  if it is given by them or just write your desired position in the subject line.

It is also recommended to write your application letter not as MS Word, but just write it down as the email itself and please send your attached resume with MS Word format with recent photograph.
